「The property outside needs a bit of help! The inside of the room was spacious, clean and nice. Communication can also improve a bit, as it is confusing to arrive at a place with no office and wondering how to access your room.」

「2 towers - stayed in South tower. Not told owned and rented 7 plus days but paid for 2 nights . South tower 505 condo. Old looking. Missing panels for blinds. Smell upon arrival like many pets there previously without cleaning. Bedroom rug filthy. Addressed with resort staff 1st night and also multiple times with I guess owner whom also entered when we were downstairs by pool said she sprinkled rug powder on bedroom rug. Bad for anyone with allergies or respiratory issues.STATES NO PETS.Wrong...

「Thank you for the great professional hospitality!」
