「The staff」

「Fantastic hotel and pub, very cosy and set in a fab location. The room we stayed in was delightful, very large with great amenities. Food was very tasty and the breakfast was plentiful and hot with a good variety of continental and hot breakfast items to choose from (full English including veggie option). Great to have onsite parking too. Will definitely be back thanks!」

「I hadn't been back to the Green Man for 35 years and was so happy to see it had the same traits still, of a great Herefordshire country pub. We stayed 2 nights and the service provided by all of the staff was brilliant and big shout goes out to everyone, but especially Jen who checked us in, and showed us to our room, and Poppy who served us in the restaurant. The room was very nicely appointed, clean and quiet and we can thoroughly recommend the Green Man for a stay while exploring Hereford...

「It is a lovely little hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent for Hereford just 7 minutes away. We used it as a base and visited Hereford Cathedral and the Old House Museum in Hereford, Croft Castle, Leominster, Ledbury (not to be missed) Ross on Wye and Goodrich Castle. All less than 45 mins. away. Also some of the Black and White villages north of the City. Would definitely recommend this hotel and also a trip to...

「Excellent scenic location next to the river. Amazing breakfast choices. Evening meals were always very good and sometimes exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return.」

「Beautiful setting right on the river with a very friendly staff team and clean and well appointed rooms. It’s not luxurious but everything is thought through and it’s clean. Mattress on the bed was a bit worn - I could feel the springs a bit, so that could do with a replacement but it was a generally really comfortable and relaxed stay. Food was very good - very nice cooked breakfast and I had one evening meal which was very generous. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and the staff...

「Lovely and quiet. Good sized room. Free parking. Near good restaurants. Fantastic easy checknin and staff very helpful. Even let a gluten free goodie pack」

「Clean, great rooms, friendly staff, well organized.」

「Lovely hotel, cosy feel」

「Friendly owners and staff plus an excellent breakfast breakfast!」

「Having arrived late and leaving early. I have to say the staff were welcoming and helpful upon arrival. A few little things to note. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am, not helpful if your need to start your day any earlier. Staying in room five (stables area). I found the room a little dated (older TV) but the plumbing noise from every time my neighbours washed their hands was very evident. It settled down once everyone went to bed for the evening. Overall a comfortable and clean stay with...

「The venue is currently set up for youth residential events so it doesn't have hotel facilities. Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, but it would have benefited from a few extra amenities. Still, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we absolutely loved the estate and we look forward to visiting again soon. It's a great place for families who enjoy outdoor activities. I enjoyed a delicious Indian breakfast which made a nice change, and my daughter enjoyed her...
