"We stayed 7 nights at the Majestic Elegance. This resort is in the middle of its two sister resorts, so it feels like you have your own chunk of the beach. The pools are great and very very well-maintained. Our room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable! The food was enjoyable with an excellent variety of options each night between the 5 restaurants and the buffet, which has a different theme every night. We did not manage to attend any theater events, but there were shows every single night and plenty of great live music for your enjoyment. We booked two excursions which was made easy by the resort’s excursion partner; we simply talked to the lobby representative who gave us all the details. Not to mention, every single staff member greeted guests with a smile. We felt welcomed every step of the way during our stay and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend! "

"The elevators didn’t work. The ice machines didn’t work. The whole waterfall didn’t work by the swim pool. Lots of seaweed. The best part was the hibachi grill. I would not go back. "

"This property is not a 5 star property and shoul not be advertisedas such. The rooms are not cleaned property and need updating. My room had water leaking, dirt on the floors, mold in bathroom. The food was average to below average with not enough staff to clean tables, provide utensils and drinks at the buffet. The pool and beach is great. Drinks are good. "

"Everything was great! The staff was awesome, and the place was very clean. I had a butler named Morillo who was really helpful and attentive, taking care of everything for us. The view was fantastic, and there were plenty of bars and food options. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to relax and have a great time."

"Can’t see the ocean in many areas, including pools and almost all restaurants. Impossible to make restaurant reservations until day 2. Many staff (many females) not friendly but also rude. No USA light beer, maybe a couple small cans in “PUB”. Many times during day buffet is closed and food is hard to find. (Room service and The Valley have bad poor quality food. They want you to pay for daybeds, very odd. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is non-existent. Very odd setup. Balcony is wonderful. We had a great view of a pool and could see ocean in distance. I would never return to this property. Too hard to get a “reservation”. Too many rude staff. Layout of resort is very odd."
