"Had a horrible experience. My flight got in very late, and I called ahead to make them aware. When arrived, Room was not fit to stay in, not clean, wires hanging, pictures off the wall, had bugs and was definitely not ready for occupancy. Went right back to front desk & was told that it was the only room on the property. Refused to stay there, so at 1:00 in the morning, I had to find another place to stay. Called numerous times to speak to manager and he was never there and didn’t bother to call or email back. Finally, days later, got a hold of someone in corporate who said they would refund 1 night of my 2 night stay. Not acceptable. After much discussion, said he would refund all but a cleaning fee. So he wanted me to pay $50 to have walked in the room and walked right out again. Not cool at all! Would never stay in another of their crummy hotels again"

"The rooms were clean and decent for the price. Staff is helpful. Breakfast isn’t great, but it’s free! They have an indoor pool! The fitness room is kind of a joke, but it’s there if you don’t have a membership at another club. There’s a Mexican night club next-door that gets very loud on the weekends. But all in all It was a great place to stay for the money."

"We just needed to rest for the night from a long drive. From the time the very pleasant woman behind the reception desk greeted us to us leaving early next morning, everything we needed was provided. A friendly face to greet us, dinner in the hotel restaurant at 9pm, beautiful room, hot shower and a friendly goodbye in the morning."

"I liked they had a good breakfast. I did not like that handicap room was so small. Definitely was not wheel chair accessible if one had been needed. Overall it was a clean room and bathroom. Front desk staff Pricilla and Ii did not get the black guy's name that found scissors to open my husband's package were marvelous and made the stay welcoming. Rm 110"

"The staff are so friendly, the entire hotel is spotless, the breakfast is very good. I have been here twice for Duke visits and will definitely be back. The only issue was the air in the lobby area and breakfast area is not working, hopefully it is being repaired. But it won’t keep me from returning."
