"The location did not disappoint. On a beautiful lake. Very quiet. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the dock with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Our group was compromised of 10 adults and one 6 yr old. My niece was thrilled with the bunk beds. In the same room with the bunk beds are some books for reading and a reading nook. She absolutely loved the nook. The sunroom is absolutely beautiful. Tastefully decorated. And the view from the sunroom is stunning. I did reach out to the host with some feedback separate from this review and she was receptive to that feedback. Our family totally enjoyed our stay. To please everyone is not easy or even expected, but in this case, everyone including my 6 yr old niece enjoyed the house and the grounds. "

"This was the perfect house and location for our two week stay in Durham near our daughter and her family. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood amidst majestic trees. The beds were very comfortable; the living room was very inviting for relaxing, and the dedicated office was perfect when privacy was needed and was also a good over-flow storage room. The house is simply but very thoughtfully decorated and outfitted. Communication with the owner was seamless and friendly. When we needed a new battery for a smoke alarm, Roberto showed up within an hour.We hope to be able stay in the house again in the future when we return for visits! "
