"Everything about this hotel is very special. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Matthew greeted us with such kindness and truly went out of his way to show us around and get us settled in. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. You are the right on the main road for a convenient stroll into town but feel absolutely tucked away with just the river, fireplace and your travel partners. All the details were lovely. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no reception area , so all communication happens via texts, emails it waiting for the innkeepers in the parking lot area. Will definitely come back. "

"We stayed at Park Vista – during Christmas week and absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing! so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. My kids especially loved the indoor pool with the water slides it was a huge hit and such a perfect activity during the winter weather. It really made our trip extra special and gave the kids something fun to look forward to every day. The views were beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything felt well taken care of. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to families visiting Gatlinburg!"
