「飛行機が大幅に遅れてチェックインが深夜2時でしたが、とても丁寧に対応頂きました。空港からのシャトルバスの乗り場が分かりづらかったです。(深夜だったので訪ねる人もいなかったので。)ですが、シャトルバスを依頼するとすぐに迎えに来てくれ、運転手の方もとても親切でした。ダウンタウンからは少し遠いですが、バス停も近くにあるので、意外と便利です。滞在して良かったです。」

「スタッフは良い印象です。テレビがスマートテレビでなく、デジタルすらでもなく、古いアナログケーブルテレビが残念でした。バスルームが換気扇がスイッチもなく、回っているのかがわからない印象です。アイスディスペンサーも7階は壊れてました。F1特別料金で超高額でしたのでそういったアメリカでは通常料金なら無視できる内容でも少し残念でした。ただしオースティンで駐車場無料は助かりました。公園の近くなのも朝昼夕まではとても良い印象です。夜は暗いです。COTAへのシャトルバス乗り場のウォータールーパークまでは朝はUberを使いましたが、帰りは途中レストラン寄ったりで、何とか約30分を歩いて帰れました。まあ決勝の日曜日は行きも帰りもUberは問題なくつかまりました。」
