"My husband and I started our stay off on the wrong foot during check-in. Although we had paid for a fountain-view room, we were initially assigned a room overlooking the back of another building and a few palm trees. We didn't realize the mistake until we arrived at the room, which meant having to return to the front desk to get the issue corrected. For a hotel of this caliber, it was a disappointing first impression. Unfortunately, the service throughout the resort did not improve our experience. Many of the staff members came across as unfriendly, dismissive, and uninterested in assisting guests. Whether my husband and I were asking a simple question or ordering food, it often felt like we were inconveniencing them. This wasn't limited to one location—it was a consistent experience across every restaurant we visited during our stay. What makes this especially disappointing is that this is marketed as a luxury resort, and the room rates certainly reflect that. Exceptional hospitality should be a key part of the experience, but that was largely missing during our visit. My husband and I expected a much higher level of customer service and a more welcoming atmosphere. That said, there were some positives. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful property and enjoyable amenities, our experience did not meet the standards we expect from a luxury resort. Because of this, my husband and I will not be returning to this resort and cannot recommend it based on our experience."

"Sadly overrated. Too many glitches with room that could have easily been resolved if someone cared. The property seems to be more interested to cater to incoming cruise ship guests than those paying full price. Dining establishments grossly expensive for subpar food with staff more interested in additional tips on top of the already mandatory included tips, rather than service. Would not return."
