「We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. She took us to grocery and liquor stores on the way to the condo and we arranged a ride...

Food from the restaurants is good (pricy of course but take into consideration that. You’re on an island that imports everything). The only downside if you want to find one is that if you want to leave the property and get around the island can become expensive since you’ll have to call a taxi every time because it isn’t...

「Steps from the beautiful beach. Pools were very nice. We had a very nice outdoor patio. The onsite restaurant and bar were wonderful and convenient. We were able to walk to Atlantis and enjoy the casino. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Beach Villas.」

「The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

「Most of the staff were amazing, especially the breakfast crew at the Veranda. The bartenders were honestly, hot and cold. The lunch venue by the pool staff, provided food that was mediocre/bad tasting and so was their attitude. Overall, it is checked off our bucket list...never again」
