"The room was disgusting. There was actual mold falling off the bathroom sink under the ring of the countertop. I reached out to the hotel 2 times to discuss this issue and a possible partial refund and never heard back from anyone. The whole place looked run down and lacking upkeep. I don’t expect perfection at the rate we payed but I expect basic cleanliness."
