My room had ANTS. I called the front desk to inform them.Kevin asked me did I want to come down and get the spray.I told him I dont work for a pest control company and that's very inconsiderate and not accomadating.He then asked if I wanted to move to another room. When I checked in I was told the hotel needed to hold a card on file for accidentals, only to check out and see a hotel fee, $2.26, which I was never informed of by the hotel.

The exterior of the building gives the wrong impression. The hotel is clean and the staff was pleasant and courteous. If they took the time to paint the outside, I would give it 4 stars
