「This house is in a good walkable neighborhood with decent access to shops and a train station. However, I was not advised that the host would take a substantial damage deposit at check in, a chunk of which is kept as an admin fee. The listing states “Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees,” which is misleading. Expect a long wait for the deposit refund.
