"We liked our stay, communication was amazing from the confirmation phone call to checking in and out, very prompt and hassle free. Not for people who want a quiet location to stay in, as it is apartments where people live and are just living their lives, which we didn't mind at all, we loved seeing all the city hustle and bustle and enjoyed watching all the people getting around the city/area. "A boutique hotel with a 5 star hotel's standards. I was impressed by the lovely receptionist's professionalism, the neat housekeeping, the tidiness, the setup and the good quality toiletries to say the least. To top it all off, everything I needed was just a few steps away, and the street felt safe. Definitely coming back on my next trip to Auckland."
