"Eine wunderschöne, moderne Hotelanlage mit super freundlichem Personal (Ritsa in der Mainbar war einfach spitze!). Überall wird man sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und bestens umsorgt. Es gibt neben einem großen, sauberen Pool oder gepflegten Strandabschnitt etliche Möglichkeiten den Aufenthalt kulinarisch zu genießen. Auch abends wird man schön unterhalten und kann in die griechische Kultur mit Musik und Tanz eintauchen. Der Urlaub hat uns so sehr gefallen, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen möchten und dann gerne ein paar Tage länger. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!!"

"Very beautiful and clean facility"

"We had a wonderful holiday at Bella Beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the vibe was friendly and relaxed. It benefits from being a smaller hotel, when compared with some of the adjacent properties. We stayed in late October, so the hotel was naturally quieter, but there was still plenty on offer for guests, and particularly for families. A couple of the noted facilities (mini golf etc.) are no longer available on site, but that didn't detract from our stay. The location is also good; 20mins drive from Heraklion airport and within 60-90mins of many of the popular attractions. Our only observation is that some guests may feel that the five-star rating is misleading, but I think that's possibly a subjective point. This is a quality hotel, but it isn't the high-end luxury that some might expect of five stars. However, it is still excellent and, frankly, suited us better as a family just the way it was. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel with great amenities. Staff are so lovely and welcoming. The rooms have everything you need to make your own food. We went half board and the food in the restaurant was lovely but we’re vegetarian so the choice was slightly limited. "

"I didn’t like the fact that we had to rake our own luggage up and back down to the lobby… also we were with friends and the gadget a Nespresso machine and we didn’t even have coffee in our room I had to request it and was given instant coffee "
