"Clean room and staff very hekpful. Refrigerator and microwave in room was a plus. Hot water takes awhile to get. Would suggest a tankless water heaters...wasting a lot of water waiting for hot water. Preorder restaurant inconvenient...breakfast 7:30 to 9 and can place order tableside but lunch and dinner you have to preorder in advance. Bar not open as indicated in hotel description. No airport shuttle. Taxis convenient and can order with reception. About a 20 to 30 minute drive from airport."

"The spa and beach were awesome. We were in a standard room which was ok, Mountain View. Could use an update. Almost all staff members were very friendly and courteous and tried very hard to be at our service round the clock. The water sports team was great and the evening shows were entertaining. This was our second trip here so we really liked the property which had the best beach in the Caribbean. The food was ok, plentiful but somewhat repetitive and could use some healthy options and updates . The other guests are very friendly and we would recommend this for families with kids or couples ."

"The lightening is poor. The sink was slightly damaged. Location is perfect to shop and to get food. "

"Nice little spot close enough to town that you could walk. The actual property itself was nice and the staff were great but the location was a little noisy. Loud traffic with people revving their engines, roosters, and a steel roof made this place not your choice if you require peace and quiet. The neighbourhood looked rundown and sketchy but seemed safe enough, just not very aesthetically pleasing. The staff were helpful and the property itself was very clean."

"The bed had the springs coming thru the mattress, it squeaked even when I place a beach bag on the bed. Comforter was old. Mouldy caulking in the bathroom Tv did not work Slimmy foot bath outside the room, appeared that the water had not been changed recently Resort is great restaurant was average Communication with the host was difficult and last email I responded to them they never answered "

"Everything stood out: the host's attentiveness, excellent amenities, and a serene neighborhood. The house felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, with thoughtful touches like extra towels/linens, AC in every bedroom, and that surprise pool (I booked before a pool was advertised). All amenities were in great condition: the full kitchen (with microwave fan and ample counter space) worked well for family cooking, the washer/dryer was a game-changer, and everything was spotless and modern. The host was super responsive through text and stayed in touch throughout to ensure we were set. He even gave us flexibility on check-in/out for our toddler!"

"Nothing was unique about this property we got as far as the gate their was no hoast that came to us greet at the property just gates keeper man who knew nothig it felt so unsafe we left no phone number or email to get intouch withthe host it was very unprofessional i dont recommend that place at all."
