Great location but was loud due to center of the city and carnival events. Can use an update starting with the towels which were dingy and grey. The staff however were very pleasant and helpful.

My first week staying at Heritage Hotel the water pressure for the sink increasingly got low throughout the week. Sunday water for both the shower and sink stop running. Got a room switch due to that but the room wasn’t of equal value to the first one I had. Due to a security breach I got my room changed again and with that room, I had an issue with the door opening & closing.
