"wir waren über Weihnachten dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Raum war sauber und er war gut zu heizen und auch Nachts zu kühlen. Der Blick auf die Schienen interessierte auch. Mit geschlossenem Fenster waren keine Geräusche zu hören."

"This was an interesting new type of hotel stay for us. My mother grew up in Altona in the 50s after the war. I hadn’t been to Hamburg in about 20 years so we decided to visit pre-Christmas for the markets (way too crowded and difficult public transportation during it). The room was well equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, convection oven, deep well sink as well as cookware and utensils. It was relatively quiet and situated. Typical German hard mattress and too many smokers outside every door. I couldn’t live in a city like this, but an occasional visit should only take a few days off my life. "

"Hotel was very nice in the shared spaces, so bars and restaurant etc. Room was nice and large, although bed was very hard and pillows were very soft. Air con was a waste of time as did not really work and room was extremely hot"

"Visited family and the location was good to connect with bus and S bahn . Easy access to city center and airport . It is so easy to navigate Hamburg with its trains and buses . Just a wonderful place to visit . The hotel serves a buffet breakfast which keeps you going well into the afternoon , Check in and check out are so easy . "
