OK hotel. Has everything you need. Very helpful staff. Room was big and beds very comfortable. A bit noisy. The bedsheets had stains on them - probably not dirty but off putting. Breakfast was way too expensive for the quality.

A good hotel with all the basic essentials provided. A quiet leafy street with some accessible pubs and dining option and convenient access to the Hamburg metro rail system.

Charming hotel that makes you feel at home. Nice rooms. Quiet. Nice surroundings. Easy access to city center of Hamburg. Excellent breakfast. Everything was great accept the lack of room service during a 3 night stay, i.e. no cleaning or fresh towels.

Convenient, comfortable but

Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom functional but dated. Convenient to help settle my daughter into her new apartment locally in Heimfeld. A little annoyed that the room was not cleaned after 2 days as listed on the room information - I was staying for 4 nights - I questioned this with reception who shrugged and said the cleaners had probably forgotten to do it! It wasn't cleaned the next day either!

Dirty, unmaintained old hotel. When I ran the shower, sewage came up from the plug hole. The owner obviously knew there was a plumbing issue and had put us in the room anyway.

The hotel was not so tidy. It is an old building with old rooms. Dirty carpets. Do not visit this place if you are not find with old and dingy spaces.

Nice quiet hotel in a residential area! Old building but has an elevator, long winding corridor to my room but had everything I needed including parking! Very helpful staff and a pleasant two day stay, slept in on the first night, tired after a long drive. Had a concert to go to in Hamburg so staye the second night and drove up to Copenhagen the following day! Perfect…

The whole place smelled like cigarettes and the staff were so rude. I was not told at check in or when being seated for breakfast that it was not included, which is not the end of the world and I was happy to pay, but when I fed back that it would be nice to be told this, I almost got my head bitten off. I probably would have chosen not to have breakfast if I'd know it would be 14.99, as I'm pregnant and there wasn't much I could eat. But definitely the cigarette smoke was by far the worst.

Me gusto el personal. No me gustó el sistema de limpieza de tener que escanear el QR para que te vinieran a limpiar porque si se te olvida y no lo haces no te limpian. Y aún haciéndolo tampoco. Deberían limpiar todos los días y ya está.
