"Love the fact that they provide complimentary prepackaged bags of ice which we put in our cooler to store wine purchased from winery visits. So thoughtful and convenient. Service is friendly and helpful and the view of the water is fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful hospitable stay. "
"Sadly one or more guests were inconsiderate using cannabis products during my stay. Tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to cracks. Staff did thoroughly clean the room. The young man who checked me in, very professional and knowledgeable. LeAnn the young lady to whom I returned the room pass was very friendly and pleasant especially appreciated since it was an early morning departure."

"The property was set up in a nice park like setting, with a nice field and views of the river and river access. It had a homey feel. Gary was a very good host. We felt very welcomed. He was very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed every conversation we had with him. "
"Beautiful spacious rooms, breakfast was wonderful with many options. We enjoyed our 3 night stay so much. Dog friendly and we were able to leave our dog in the room while we went to different places around the Richland area. I would highly recommend this hotel and when we return in 2 years we will definitely be staying here again!"
