「The staff is every friendly. When my husband and I walked into the lobby it smelt so clean and not like a hospital like some other hotels do. Our room smelt really good and was really clean. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. My husband and I will be staying there again」

「I booked a Deluxe room with bath tab as non-smoking and paid more than standard room online and paid in advance.
But it was no bath tab and looked like standard room for me.
Also towels and sheets smells a little tobacco for me.
Before check-out time, my husband told the difference between our booked room and price but front staff told him "Expedia will sent us receipt" without apology.
They charged us extra and gave us small room, so I want to return the difference of cost to stay if...
