「Cleanest room and bathroom I've ever seen. Nice furnishings - not fancy, but comfortable and in good taste. Blackout curtains worked great as did the A/C. Nice to have access to coffee in the room and in the lobby 24/7. Location at the corner of an off ramp and increasingly busy street makes it noisy. 「１階の部屋でしたがドアを開けて入った瞬間にカビのような匂いがありました。幸いベッド周りはそれほど匂うわけでもなく、我慢できないほどではありません。浴槽が古く若干黒ずんでいた他は問題はありませんでした。二日目に１時間程度しか外出しなかったのに、その間に清掃をしてくれて、芳香剤も散布してくれたようでホテル側の努力が見えました。朝食は温かい食べ物もあり、努力しているようです。スタッフがとても親切でロビーのコーヒーの補充やゲストランドリーの使い方などお願いした時も気持ちよくすばやく対応してくれました。近くにショッピングモールがあり、ロケーションも良いかと思います。」

Before check-out time, my husband told the difference between our booked room and price but front staff told him "Expedia will sent us receipt" without apology. They charged us extra and gave us small room, so I want to return the difference of cost to stay if...

「Sadly one or more guests were inconsiderate using cannabis products during my stay. Tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to cracks. Staff did thoroughly clean the room. The young man who checked me in, very professional and knowledgeable. LeAnn the young lady to whom I returned the room pass was very friendly and pleasant especially appreciated since it was an early morning departure.」
