「The spa at Ockenden Manor is absolutely superb – quiet, friendly, and extremely welcoming. The staff create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind. The hotel rooms, while a little dated in style, are comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities you could need for a pleasant stay. 「We arrived at the property.. it was so easy to find with the sat nav app... If I had to give any negative feedback. It would be for such simple little things .. such as some slippers . Bath robes. Shower gel.and tv in the bedroom would of made it complete.. b」

"駅から徒歩5分、23時まで開いてるテスコも近くにあり便利。レストランなどが立ち並ぶ中心地からも歩いてすぐです。ホテルの目の前にバス停があり、セブンシスターズに行くのもここから乗れます。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも無料でした。通り沿いは夜は少し治安が心配ですが、フロントデスクは24時間、ラウンジにバーも併設されています。スタッフの方も親切で、海外のビジネスホテルとしては綺麗な方ですが、チェックイン後部屋のケトルの水が入っていたままだったのと、朝前のバス停からの騒音が少し気になりました。コスパ良いのでまた利用します！"
