Fantastic stay! The room was much bigger than expected, had everything we needed for a short stay. Great location and couldn’t fault the staff

The staff was not professional and very slow to respond. The room was not clean, especially the carpet. It needs replacing in a bad way! They were unable to provide me with a close out receipt.
Made a mistake of booking in Hayes, i was trying to book close to Heathrow
The outside of the hotel looks cleaner than the inside.
Thank goodness it was close to the Radisson, for restaurants.
Convenient location for Heathrow Airport
