"Amazing hotel, right next to Lime Street train station, just across the road from St John’s Shopping Centre and Car Park, next door to Wetherspoons, really close to the Empire Theatre, minutes’ walk into town or to Bold Street for an array of restaurants and shops. Hotel decor is awesome, amenities in the rooms are great, the restaurant is ample food and staff throughout the hotel & restaurant very friendly and helpful and will definitely book to go here again when next in Liverpool! "Make sure you get the room you ordered and not at the seperate cheap and horrible room in the other side of the Hotel complained and moved us booked for two days hotel said one night supervisor manager pedro agreed 2 day room was locked after we cane back from shopping and hotel wanted to charge double the rate. Been a few times but will never go back. Really disappointed "

"The only thing wrong with this stay was the Breakfast. Only 1 coffee machine working which caused a large que, no tea bags. Only eggs available were the already prepared scrambled egg. When I asked for fried eggs I was told it wasn’t an option to have any other eggs. Apart from that room all good and remainder of breakfast was good. If I travel from Liverpool airport again I more than likely stay at the Prem Inn."
