"Upon check in we were not happy with out room. As we checked in late at night we just decided to just go to bed and try for an upgrade the next day which we received at a more than fair cost. The new room was absolutely beyond what we could have expected with 90 degrees of ocean view from in front of the hotel all the way down to the lagoon. We enjoyed a full view of the fireworks one night. The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes just across the road. Room service was great and nightly reception was a nice touch offering free drinks. The breakfast included allowed for a quick start in the day, not having to go outside of the hotel and eat at some other restaurant. Overall, the hotel exceed our expectations. "

"Overall the hotel was amazing! Upon arrival the clerk at check-in was extremely nice and helpful as we needed to check in a bit early. The pool was a complete hit with my 6 & 11 year old and even better was the poolside drink service. I would highly recommend staying here!"
