「Not knowing where to stay for a few days exploring in Bordeaux, I was fortunate in choosing this attractive and spacious, apartment in the old wine Merchant district of Chartrons in Bordeaux. Overlooking the River Garonne heightened one’s anticipation, with wonderful views.What made it ideal was having a Tram stop literally outside the front door! Running every few minutes throughout the day, meant that getting to the centre of the lovely old city took just 10 minutes.The airport was 40 minutes...

「We had a great stay in Bordeaux at this apartment. It was as described & very clean. Also allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated. The location is fantastic giving easy access to all over Bordeaux. One comment - if you have someone using the sofa bed you may need to ask for a heavier window covering as the light shines directly into the lounge area & can disturb sleep. All in all - we were very happy.」

「Fantastic apartment in a really buzzy interesting area - st Michel. The apartment is bigger than it appears in the ad it was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was good to be able to have breakfast / coffee/ a glass of wine on the balcony in the sun and watch the world go by. 「Nice, comfortable and very clean property was just what we were looking for. All the facilities we needed, in a peaceful part of Bordeaux but not far from amenities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent, and with nice balcony to sit out. 30 minutes walk from central Bordeaux, and for us a 10 minute walk to the rugby stadium. Communication with owners ahead of the trip fine, and all check-in and other information was provided in good time. Thank you!」

「Ariele/ property manager, she was very nice. Location of the property is close to everything. It was clean too. The only thing I didn’t fully check is that there is 2 shower but there was only 1 toilet and there is no elevator in this property. Area is safe. I still recommend this place. Thank you!」

「Easy to coordinate check in. The apartment was clean and bright, and the high ceilings make the space feel even larger than it is. The location is awesome—very close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from the tram. A/C and the washer/dryer combo in-unit both came in handy. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment (it’s the top floor), but on the plus side: no-one above you!」

「It was perfect for the 4 days we spent there!」

「L'appartement est exactement conforme aux photos, et les équipements fournis sont très appréciables. Le propriétaire est très réactif et les modalités d'arrivée et de départ sont top. Seul petit bémol, nous pensions pouvoir fermer les volets roulants du salon pour ne pas être réveillés par la lumière du jour, c'est impossible. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en famille à deux pas de la plage et des bars et restaurants, tout en profitant le soir d'un calme très agréable avec de jeunes...

「This is a lovely, centrally located apartment, part of the Golden Triangle - Carrefour, boucherie, boulangerie, cheese shop, and fruit and veggie shops within two blocks. Tram stop is three blocks. I am a cook, and we ate dinner on our balcony every other night during our two-week stay.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our spacious, light-filled apartment. Everything was clean and in excellent condition, and the modern kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped. Location could not be better - in the pedestrian area near the opera house, and many restaurants. It was a 5-minute walk to get groceries. Communication with the property manager, Lucie, was very easy, and she assisted us with several special requests/arrangements. We would recommend the flat for adult couples -- our party of 4...

「Je n'étais pas revenu dans la vieille ville de Bordeaux, depuis sa rénovation urbaine de grande ampleur.Quelle réussite ! Quasi exclusivement piéton ; Très belle mise en valeur de l'enchevêtrement de places et de ruelles ; l'ensemble très animé et très vivant ; Une référence ! Appartement idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples, dans un cadre typique du centre ville ; les pièces de vie principales sont tout aussi agréables à vivre, que la vielle ville de Bordeaux !」
