All the staff are never snobby but always very friendly and supportive, made our stay wonderful moment.

I stayed in the Douceur Medoquine room and it was large, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The setting is peaceful and next door to the famous Chateau Pichon Baron. The owners, Pascale and Alex, were very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Uber and taxi service was somewhat unreliable so it is a good idea to have a car. I highly recommend Le Coeur des Vignes.

Our stay at the Chateau was wonderful. We were warmly greeted, given a tour and as hungry travelers in on a Sunday afternoon, given a beautiful cheese plate with warm bread and wine to enjoy in the garden. The chateau itself is beautiful, the grounds are sprawling, surrounded by vineyards, with huge walnut trees all over providing shade, plenty of patios to tuck into and read, a large and clean pool. Beautiful property right in the heart of fields and farms. Comfortable bed, lovely upgraded bathroom. Excellent recommendation for a spot for dinner (Il Gusti Della Mamma). Great breakfast with scrambled eggs and genuine fresh squeezed orange juice. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place. Room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Even a bottle of their wine to enjoy. We used the pool as it was a hot day and we had been walking a lot so it helped our aching legs! Sadly we were only here one night but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. WOW! This is an amazing new place in St-Estephe and it is wonderful. Careful attention to every detail. Beautifully designed. Comfortable rooms with a/c. Awesome table d'hote. Very charming small hotel in the center of Blaye. Walking distance to all mail attractions and restaurants.
