"The location was perfect, a short drive away from Battle and Hastings, day trips were effortless. The annex was spacious and really well equipped. The farm shop is a 2 minute walk away, and had everything we needed. Fran even kindly introduced her stable of horse to our baby, which made her day!"

"I am not sure where to start...this was a great base from which to explore Southeast England. Beautiful flat with comfy beds overlooking a lovely garden and view of Hastings. I was a little worried with our 6 foot boys that they would struggle with the bunk beds but they had no issues.We found on street parking was always available. A small grocer around the corner is nice and laundry is not to far away."

"The apartment was well situated close to lots of cafes, art galleries, supermarkets and bars. It is also a 5 minute walk down to the beach and magnificent Goat Ledge cafe. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean but felt homely at the same time. I was really impressed with the property manager after I accidentally snapped the key off in the lock to the apartment at 8pm. The hot tub was amazing and secluded heating is excellent and Tv with Netflix and prime a few games like scrabble etc to play . "What a quaint little place this was! We loved our time in Thorpe Bay and this little apartment was just perfect. One note is that I believe there had been an animal sitting on the sofa because I had a horrible allergic reaction the night we were there after laying on it. I am more sensitive than most and soft surfaces do retain traces of animal hair/dander longer. "The stable was much bigger than the photos show & was veer clean & spacious with everything to hand. The owners Jan & Nick have thought of everything. The garden & woods are lovely, we were lucky to be there with the bluebells in full bloom. Enjoyed seeing all the animals including horses, rabbits, squirrels & lots of different birds. The stars are amazing when the night sky is clear. Lots of places to visit, we went to Rye, Hastings, Canterbury & Bodiam Castle."

"We spent 3 nights in this lovely cottage within the country Park, the cottage is incredibly well equipped in the kitchen , the views are amazing, all the way along the coast, Pett levels, Rye, Camber sands, Dungeness and in one particularly clear night France!
