"Room was good and clean, bed a little on the soft side. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful! Casino floor was clean and maintained, good selection of games. Downside is always the deli, always seems to be a couple of employees just hanging out one talking to the other as we are trying to order, standing in the way of customers and always later in the night. Outside of them, staff is great!"

"This place definitely needs an overhaul. From the moment you walk in, the worn and outdated carpets set a disappointing tone that continues right into the room. In the bathroom, the sink is propped up by a chunky piece of two-by-fours, and you'll find only a single bar of soap with no other toiletries provided, despite there being an empty dispenser on the wall. The shower experience is frustrating because the showerhead is leaking so badly that there's no decent pressure coming out. As for the...

"Bathroom was gross, the toilet to be specific. The room smelled like cigarettes. I get it’s a casino hotel, but smelled like people were smoking in my room. To get checked in was horrendous. Huge traveling group. I get it, but no thought to queue up a second line for people not part of the group."

"Would not recommend. Hard to communicate with attendant. Hair was in the shower in a few places. There was no hot breakfast. Just packages microwave sausage and bread sandwich. All packages. The internet was really bad unless you keep connecting to the WiFi. The property was very plain and motel like."
