The room was nice although the floor was not properly cleaned. The staff were however very nice & the breakfast was fine. It is not a western style breakfast but it has enough variety & is good enough quality for the price. The main issue is the bathroom it was filthy as if it is not cleaned at all, heavy mold build up on surfaces particularly in shower. The bathroom & bedroom are separated by a window, the window had a blind made of paper/fabric inside the shower presumably for privacy. This material cannot be cleaned and is therefore completely black with mold on the bottom half. For 4* hotel this is really not good enough

We stayed in the hotel a night before heading to the airport only, but many things were wrong. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child, and asked for an extra bed for the child which finally could not be provided because the room was too small. Also there were no 3 towels, and it wasn’t provided even if requested from the reception. There was a swimming pool, which looks great in the pictures but the water was so dirty that it was not possible to use, and the facilities of the pool were also left without maintenance. There was mold in the shower and our room was on an alley where some kind of machine started making a lot of noise from 4am. Breakfast was ok, and the hotel was not expensive, area close to the center, but I can’t rate this for more than 1 star based on the experience we had.

The room was not very clean, towels did stink, there was mold in the shower, the water glass was dirty. The breakfast area was also dirty and the swimming pool was disgustingly dirty. There was no bar either in the swimming pool or the lobby as advertise. Room had only one tiny window looking to a wall. At the check-in they did want to charge me again with the roon even though I has already paid with expedia. They did not believe me even though I had the receipt, and I ended up having to show my credit card statement with the charge. I have booked and paid through expedia thousands of times and this is the first time this happens to me. In general I think the hotel feels like abandoned, not being taken care of.

Terrible. We first checked in room 207, to immediately realize it was not the ‘city view’ room that we booked on Expedia - both windows faced the walls of the house next door. The room was clearly not cleaned either - hair on the bathroom floor, musty air, molds and dusts everywhere we looked. Believing in second chances, we showed the hotel photos of how dirty room 207 was and asked them to switch us to a cleaner, city view room. We were asked to stay in 207 for the first night. And the hotel could only ‘upgrade’ us to room 607 at 2pm the day after as that room was booked at the time of our request. So we waited until 2pm the next day to move up to room 607. This time 607 had a city view. BUT HOLY SMOKE IT WAS AS DIRTY AS 207. How was it that we gave the hotel until 2pm to properly clean the room, only to see a stain on a pillow case, permanent stain on the bathroom floor, dusts and molds everywhere we look (again!). And to top it all off, a FRICKING pair of Birkenstock in the closet! The previous guest must have forgotten it there. But again, that just showed this hotel has no cleaning standard whatsoever. The manager, reception, and cleaning staffs have zero communication with each other. We canceled what supposed to be our 6-night stay and immediately asked for a refund. It took us hours coordinating communication among Expedia, reception staffs, and the hotel manager before reaching an agreement - a refund for the remaining 4 nights. Frankly, we were just exhausted.

Eine gute und saubere Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß und das Bad ist sehr schön. Das Hotel liegt zwar in einer Seitenstraße, trotzdem ist es relativ laut und hellhörig in der Nacht. Die Betten waren aber bequem. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Man ist nicht direkt im Old Quarter, aber man ist zu Fuß relativ schnell dort.

Overall pretty bad experience

Overall difficult place The hotel was very noisy at night and from 6am, and no one from the hotel said anything at any point, so we had to just sleep after people stopped making noise and wake up before the sun… Also there was no hot water in the shower, and we learned after we checked out that they had a button somewhere to turn on for hot water… ? Why isn’t it prepared when they receive the booking, or even when we checkin… The compressors of the airconds/heater where just outside the bedroom window, which made also a lot of noise.. Staff don’t speak english
