"The condition of the room seriously needs a make over… Staff ranges from excellent to robotic! Rocky who is Amazing in every way and should be the blueprint of all the other staff.. I chose to stay there for personal reason.. Location is perfect for what I need…Competition will get tough when there’s more competition in the field… Wishing them lots of luck !!!"

"Room was a bit dated but clean. Within walking distance of the Central - Mid Levels escalator system. City bus & taxi service to front of hotel."

"This hotel is in a great location. It is close to trains, buses, ferries and the central area. There are a lot of walkable areas with shops and restaurants and markets to explore. The hotel itself is small but has restaurants and a bar. I did eat breakfast there one morning and it was good. I would say the staff are not too friendly and semi helpful if you ask them questions about the area. The room was very clean and although smallish it had everything you needed. The TV English speaking channels were few but that was ok as I was not in the room often. I had a great view of Victoria Harbor which looked awesome day or night. I think good value for money and would consider staying here again."

"We got a renovated room on 20th floor with stunning view of the harbour and HK Convention Center. This is our 3rd stay at Harbourview. Will return"

"You can’t expect too much for the price that you pay. The room was really small. Couldn’t even open my luggage there. The bathroom was also really small and the sink leaked. The smell in the bathroom was also questionable. They do have an elevator in the building which was helpful. There was an AC but didn’t cool much leaving the room with a stuffy air. The staff was helpful and they can handle Cantonese and English. There was a water fountain at the lobby to fill up your water bottles. The lobby is cute and spacious. Location wise it is pretty convenient as you are right at the Central location and less than 10 min walk from the Central train station. The only caveat is that the quickest way to the train station also requires taking some very long and steep stairs to get there. Will definitely get your leg workout! The hotel is really close to lan kwai Fei street so great for tourists to hang out. "

"Great location, however terrible sleep (I was on 12th floor) it was very noisy. Felt like I was sleeping on the 2nd floor with no double glazing. "
