Truly an amazing hotel. Service was perfect and space was clean and well maintained. No expenses spared for guests comfort and and beautiful experience. Food quality and tastes were world-class. It was amazing and wonderful the only thing I advice to change to this hotel is the shower head as it was too heavy otherwise it was a comfortable and friendly hotel to stay in.

It was excellent. The design was strong, the property was safe and clean. Perhaps less glamorous and refined than we normally expect of a St. Regis, but good. Whilst the staff is just slighty stuffier and less bilingual - this is HK - than other St. Regises, the design and intention to quality service shined.

The perfect getaway from home

Our stay in St Regis HK really exceeded our expectation. The room was spacious with ample space for our child to run around. Floor to ceiling windows and lots of natural daylight. Bed was a little soft to our preference but overall still very comfortable. Service is impeccable, thoughtful and very responsive especially the butler service which made things very convenient. The only thing is the room’s hairdryer is a little outdated and does take longer to dry one’s hair but otherwise really perfect stay.

The St. Regis Hong Kong is a wonderful property. It is in a great central location, close to the MTR station and the ferry to Kowloon. There's also a multitude of dining options located a few minutes away by foot. The most impressive part of our stay was the wonderful staff who went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. A special thank you to Angel Tam for her guest service and for going out of her way to make our stay special. Having Butler service was an extra treat. Lastly, the rooms were beyond comfortable and well appointed. We stayed in a corner suite and it was amazing to take in the view every day. We would absolutely stay at the St. Regis Hong Kong again!

We have a fantastic stay! The service is OUTSTANDING! Front desk, concierge, and everyone is so helpful! We want to give special thanks to the room service attendant Joe who knew our breakfast preferences and gave us personalized service and made us feel very special always greeting us in a wonderful mood! My wife is vegan and he always included vegan bread and croissamts. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and great views. We totally recommend the hotel and we wouldn't go anywhere else if we come back to Hong Kong! Thank you for everything!

What a wonderful stay!! Joey, Coral, Max and Angel were all so welcoming to our family. I’m the end, they had a gift waiting for our 3 children: 3 St. Regis teddy bears with our children’s names embroidered on them. Yes, you read that correctly. Embroidered!! This place was the next level. Breakfast was extra special and the gym and pool were tranquil spaces. Only issue is that you might never ever want to leave the hotel. Thank you St. Regis. Obviously, we will be back and look forward to visiting your other hotels. The room was top notch as well. We could get used to this.
