Very helpful staff, but I can’t believe they gave me a windowless room for 7 nights and the elevator was broken for 3 days while I was on the top floor. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it served its purpose.

The conditions seemed to vary significantly between rooms, and the room I stayed in was small, but the shower pressure was strong and good. If you're coming back to the hotel just to sleep, it's sufficient in terms of price and location.

Not the place for long stay

Before making the reservation, I understand the room is small. Yet, couple of issues during my long stay...2 times the internet was DOWN, 1 time the electricity was DOWN (it was night time), NO hot water since day 1 (glad it was summer). On the upside, the staff were quite responsive to issues (maybe they are up to problems on frequent basis). Room cleaning service was available upon request (yes everyday) even though the quality of cleanliness is about average....

部屋は狭小、古くて汚い。空調設備は故障。シャワー排水が悪く部屋まで水が流れ出る。窓がない。　唯一良いのは地下鉄駅から30秒と近いこと。価格が半分でも再訪しません。

The room was fine, especially considering how cheap it was- the staff are SUPER helpful, always happy and willing to give recommendations and help you- a special thank you to Iris (hopefully that’s her name spelt right!) for making my stay so special and easy.
