「Great location and amenities available with your stay (e.g., beach chairs, umbrellas, parking, access to beach). The rooms are small but sufficient. The outdoor spaces are nice because you can lounge around both in the sun and shade if the beach isn’t your thing. The hotel is walking distance from the main strip so my boyfriend and I bought breakfast and brought it back to the hotel to have on their picnic tables in their courtyard which was quite nice! 」

「Fun easy stay next to all the shops and restaurants on Main St. We walked to dinners nightly. No need for Ubers. We took bikes to the beach- they also offer a free shuttle to the beach with towels and chairs.」

「This is a newly completed/renovated property. Hopefully with time it will develop to a better condition and as it’s advertised, luxury. But right now expect minimal comfort and amenities. It’s like a motel and not a hotel; not worth the price tag. 」

「My second stay here. Lovely boutique type hotel. Rooms are very clean, with a warm/luxury beach vibe decor. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was very good as well. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Check in easy. We arrived late and they must have been expecting us as they greeted us by name. Very expensive given it’s in Hampton Bays and not in West ie South Hampton, but it is about 15 mins to either Westhampton or South Hampton so easy enough to enjoy both towns from there. And...
