「Great place」

「Perfect location, very easy access to beach! Nice pool. Condo was very nice, open balcony and the beach is literally 10 ft Infront of you. Which was great with having the teenage kids, you can literally look right out the door and talk to them on the beach. Perfect for a small family vacation!!」

「I took my teenage son and nephew for their first Wilmington experience. They requested Downtown. This loft VRBO was perfect for the three of us. It had everything we needed. Yes, as other reviews stated, you will hear the music from the Bar below. Cam provides white noise machines in both bedrooms and ear plugs. I used the noise machines but not the ear plugs and was just fine. The place was so clean and beautifully decorated. We will be back! 」

「This place, as well as the hosts, were amazing. It's such a great location and the place itself was cute and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and in good working condition. If you're going to be coming and going I would highly recommend paying for their parking pass. I'll definitely be booking here again for my future trips to Wilmington. 」
