「I was in Hilo for a month for work and stayed at Maggie's place. It was perfect for me in all ways - fantastic location, nice complex, very clean, lovely lanai, close to a beautiful park for walks/jogs. 「This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. "建物はとても古く小さなホテル。室内の内装が綺麗で、風呂、トイレ、洗面所がとても清潔です。ミニキッチンのスポンジも新品で清潔さにだわりを感じました。スタッフの方がとても親切です。ミニキッチン、コーヒーメーカー、カトラリー、リクエストすればケトルも借りられるようです。ランドリー設備がありとても便利です。無料駐車場完備。タオルは十分な枚数、シャンプー、固形石鹸あり、ティシュ無し。エアコン無しでも問題なく、扇風機2台。 部屋の階数の希望も聞いてくれエレベーターが無くて、スーツケースが2つあるので1階にしましたが階段が数段ありスタッフの方が運んでくれました。"
