"My only complaint is that it was difficult to find (I recommend not bothering with trains/busses and just take a taxi. You’ll save yourself a lot of grief). Otherwise I have nothing but great things to say! It was quiet, clean, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. It’s a completely different ..."

"Food was exceptionally good compared to most other ryokan. Staffs are super nice and hard working. We were packing up and needed to borrow sticky tape around midnight, staff was readily available and helpful. Overall great experience."
"The staff greeted us immediately when we went out of the car and was very hospitable and helpful all through the stay. The food was nice. The onsen (hot spring) was also nice. The properties, however, are in dire need of renovation."

"Прекрасный отель, очень доступный, при этом уровень явно выше, чем у обычных бизнес отелей. Чистый номер, хоть и не большой, но с маленьким ребёнком втроём поместились. Есть онсен, отличный завтрак (очень рекомендую, стоит своей цены). Муж уже съездил в отель этой сети в другой префектуре, доволен. "

"Spacious and clean room with friendly staff. Had to pay for parking off site which was disappointing. There was no warning about that when making the reservation. This made for a negative initial feeling. And no tissues in the room!
As long as you are willing to pay extra for parking and bring your own tissues, you’ll enjoy your stay. "
A verified traveler stayed at Hotel Mystays Premier Kanazawa
"The hotel is conveniently located and close to Kanazawa castle park, Kenrokuen, Oumi market. City bus stop is also close by and I was able to utilize the bus system as well. This hotel is super clean. My room was reasonably spacious for Japanese standard.
I enjoyed the large bath in the evening to soak. Breakfast was very nice with variety of choices. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, and I would stay here again. "
