"The house was impeccably clean and organized. The host had already thought of every possible question and had answers written down in English in various guides and instructions. He also provided helpful maps identifying local restaurants and attractions nearby. The host had great communication and had thought of everything. "Liked the comfort of the bathroom. And the color scheme! I like a bath where the soaps and shampoos are reachable from the deep bath! The garden in the middle of the hotel is beautiful. Did not dine in the hotel"

"A warm friendly welcome on arrival, including a welcome drink. Everywhere and everything in the hotel was clean and comfortable. Not the biggest room, but it had all the amenities. Free coffee and accessories in reception. A great location for the station, castle and gardens, market and lots of restaurants."

"We loved our stay at Dormy Inn! The room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The staff was friendly and helpful despite our lack of Japanese language. This was our first onsen experience and what a luxury to have so many stalls to wash off in with toiletries provided, as well as the inside and outside options of onsen, dry sauna and cold plunge. The atmosphere is relaxing with low lighting and spa music playing in the background. The only thing missing was signage in English explaining which stations to use in which order, but we followed along with the others and figured it out. We appreciated the free ice pop/ice cream treats and drinks available for after as well as the convenience of free washing machines that were able to be reserved by keys from the front desk. Umbrellas at the front door also came in handy. Convenient location close to the train station (with Starbucks and konbini) for arrival, departure, and the Kanazawa Loop Bus as well as a large shopping center across the street for dining options. The front desk also kindly kept our bags for us after our delicious breakfast buffet and checkout so we could explore Kanazawa on our last day hands free. Would definitely stay here again - thank you Dormy Inn Kanazawa! "
