「Wish I had gotten the name of the woman who put out the breakfast buffet. She was such a delight and extremely helpful.」

「Nice stay, but beware of the $5.00 per night credit card charge. Yeah, I was surprised myself to see an additional $15.00 added to the cost of our 3 night stay. Apparently this is done at a few IHG properties so always look at the additional charges section before you get a surprise set of charges like we did out of the blue. Docked just 1 star because of that because the rest of the stay was wonderful.」

「Always clean, friendly staff.」

「Room was very clean , when arriving to check in it took several minutes for someone to show at front desk . When someone finally showed up young man very nice older gentleman acted like he didn’t want to be bothered which seemed rather rude . Later I sent my grandson to get an extra blanket again no one at front desk after waiting several minutes still no one shoes up so he came back. For breakfast biscuits were hard like hockey pucks gravy was thin like water , hash browns and sausage looked...

「The Country Inn & Suites in Conway: my room (312) had bed bugs I am suffering right now. My bed and pillows were infested with numerous blood sucking bed bugs. The A.M. staff told me he did not have decision making powers. I called the hotel later and talked to someone that identified themselves as a manager. I explained the bedbug condition but he was of no assistance. I PLAN TO SUE for pain and suffering. I have used this hotel many times, but the BED BUG infestation was/is BAD. I was in room...

「Good hotel for the weekend.」

「丁寧に対応いただきました。」

「The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was leaking . Gouges in the wall. Coffee was good」

「So the bed was pretty comfortable. And somebody had called me to let me know the person at the front desk had to leave and they were going to leave my room key in the room on the bed for me. I thought it was kind of strange that would have left the room unlocked like that but I was thankful they called to let me know what was going on. I hate saying but it's definitely not worth the $80 something dollars I paid. The room was too warm and I couldn't figure out where the heat was coming from,...

「This is a quaint little motel just up the road from Greer's Ferry Lake. We had a wedding to attend at a venue about 2 miles away, and needed a place to stay the night. The room we stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great. And there was plenty of hot water for 3 of us to take showers back to back to back. The towels were large and plush. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The Klassic Inn was everything we wanted...
