「Working with Frias properties was easy and above expectations. They answer their phones, are quickly responsive to inquiries and requests, and professional and friendly. The property itself is convenient Lee located right at the base of the mountain in the middle of town. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds and sheets were comfortable. 「Perfect location for us to walk to our event at The Snow Lodge just a few blocks away. Room came with a parking a lot and easy entry. There was an attendant at the desk every time we arrived or departed the facility. Thank you for making it affordable to stay in aspen.」

「We loved our stay at The Residence Hotel. The hotel is super convenient to Aspen Mtn for skiing. The gondola is less than a 10 min walk! The room was spacious which we appreciated with our 2 dogs. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed having a little kitchen to make coffee/tea and breakfast in the morning. We will certainly stay again when visiting Aspen.」
