「Refurbished motel, well maintained and clean at a very affordable price. Motel is very close to the outlets area, and easy accessible to Thruway , Rte 9 and tre 149.My room was large with King sized bed , a loveseat , small fridge and microwave and large flat screen tv. The combo locking system for room entrance was confusing and tool numerous attempts and should be upgraded in the future.」

「I came to this hotel with a friend for a zen retreat. The space is brand new and well designed but the staff seemed a little inexperienced and like they are still figuring things out. The sauna was broken which was something we were looking forward to. The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. 「We were just there for one night. When we arrived, a car pulled up and asked our names, we said who we were and they replied that they did not know what time we were arriving. ( check in is 4 to 9, something like that). He said Expedia had sold our reservation to a third party, and there was no contact information.. We tried contacting them through the email message they presumably sent through Expedia, but there wasn't one. We didn't think there was a serous issue, or we would have called the...

「We stayed one night, fire alarm went off for 30 min at 645am. Then when we got back to the room we had to deal with a kid jumping on the floor for 3 hours. Staff was nice and tried to help but that was ridiculous 」
