「A very well equipped, tiny home and a beautiful river front view. It is not walkable to anything, but it is certainly centrally located. The staff were super responsive and the extra touches like the bottle of wine, the chocolate, and the coffee and waters were certainly beautifully gracious. 「All correspondence with hosts was through VRBO messaging & they were very efficient in making sure we got all the information we needed to stay comfortably. The location was perfect for us because it was centrally located near places we decided to go to. The one-bedroom, one bath home was clean & had some complimentary items, extra bedding, towels, & cookware we could use. 「The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). 「We had a wonderful stay at Greenstone Cottage. Wow, very clean and not overly crowded. I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. 」

「Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! 」

「Chuck and Kelli were great hosts. I needed an iron, and Kelli provided it right away. We had everything we needed...coffee maker, refrigerator, comfy bed, charging stations, guide on what to eat and where to visit. Sweetie Pies was a great recommendation for breakfast on Main St. We went there twice! The property is filled with fruit trees, chickens, two kitties, and a lovely patio. If we go back to Placerville, we'll definitely stay here.」
