「Staying in this historic apartment was wonderful. The place is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very clean. All instructions were complete and clear. There was even a guidebook with tips for the area. The neighborhood is charming and close to the Capital and Old Town. My friend and I walked less than a mile to really good restaurants. The owner was very responsive and almost immediately answered all questions as we were booking and throughout our stay. It seemed like Tim really cared that...

「A wonderful place for our family to stay in Grass Valley! Nice, clean home with a hot tub! Wonderful master bedroom, comfortable bed! Owners are great to work with and reply quickly to any questions. Quiet neighborhood, which is great when relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely book again!」

「It was quiet and peaceful - exactly what we needed. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast. It was nice with full sized appliances. The apartment and bed were comfortable. The view was beautiful and the binoculars were a nice touch. We loved hanging out on the deck. The only negative was the short, deeply pot holed, dirt/gravel road that connected the paved road with the paved driveway. Nice place for a peaceful get away.」
