「Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. I was also never given any information on whether the plates etc. were for use by anyone or of they belonged to permanent residents. Check out is at 11...

「Incredibly awesome place to stay. Great location with close proximity to many enjoyable restaurants.」

「Great location.」

「AVOID – I paid for a room that was never provided I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this property. I booked and paid for a two-night stay through Hotels.com for 9–11 September. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at the property to check in, the housekeeper told me that they were fully booked, there was no room available for me, and they had no record of my reservation in their system. I therefore had no accommodation despite having already paid for my stay and had...

「This was our first tube staying at a VRBO and traveling to London. Location is excellent fir getting around town, just a 3 min walk to the Nottinghill Gate (the tube) , plus near a bus stop by the corner, and at least 3-4 grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and a quick 10 min walk to Kensington Park and The Churchill tavern. The flat was very clean, and exactly matched the pictures and description. The noise from the tube and traffic wasn’t too bad and didn’t keep us awake at night. Once ants...

「Great property. Perfect for our stay with family. Enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location — close to grocery store and restaurants and an approximate 8-10 minute walk to 2 different tube stations. Would stay here again.」

「We had seven in our party - 2 couple and 3 young adult children. Everyone was delighted with this property: the AC was so welcome after a hot day of travel, everyone had their own space, the living room was large enough so that we could all hangout and the kitchen had a delightful selection of teas and basics. It’s an ideal location: Waitrose grocery store is a few minutes walk, you’re very close to two tube stops, there’s world-class shopping and dining just blocks away and a gem of a pub...

「This is the most beautiful mews house in marylebone. It’s an amazing area, a fabulous house, with truly wonderful & consistent communication with the host . A few things to note: One bedroom has no hanging rack or storage for clothing as the cupboards are all locked . The other bedroom you cannot use the drawers but there is a hanging rack. This may he important to you if you wish to hang your clothes & don’t want to live out of your suitcase. The washing machine is also not a washer/dryer ...

「This property was perfect for our large group of adults and children. It was a lovely get away from the busy city. Nic was very amenable and helpful. There is a nice little market and coffee cart right nearby. HIGHY recommend!!!」

「Probably as good a price you can get for a large group. This property does the job - but fair warning, the parking permit provided was not accepted by the parking management company. We got a £100 ticket on the 3rd day of our stay, and the hosts told us that there was no issue with the permit provided because we didn't get a ticket on the prior days! The parking company does not seem to agree! The host have not helped us resolve this and are not responding in a timely manner.」

「The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. The host did not have any location recommendations as she shared she has not lived in the area for 10 years, and...

「Great location and price. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms could have been bett」

「Lovely home we had a great family visit.」

「The host did not have permission to rent us this property and on day 5 of our stay the owner of the place showed up, changed the locks and asked us to leave」

「Although well-located in London, the room is extremely small and not very clean. Furthermore, having only one shared bathroom for 7 rooms leads to long and annoying waits. For the price, I would have expected more. Finally, even though there is a kettle and a fridge, the lack of any floor space or a small table makes it impossible to eat food in the room.」
