「Check in was super easy and quick, the lady on reception was very informative and polite! The room was clean and had a balcony and terrace which was lovely. We ordered room service and that came swiftly and was good for the price. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Check out was also smooth and speedy. Great hotel!!」

「I arrived at the Horse and Groom at about four thirty and was greeted by a lovely lady who helped me with the registration form then handed me the key to room seventeen. The room was spotless and time and effort had obviously gone into making guests welcome, there being a beautiful sculpture of swans somehow contrived with massive fluffy towels. Tea and coffee in abundance and free wifi with charging facilities. The price of the room is for that alone, but as there is an excellent restaurant...
