「Just needs a refresh in general a little tired .bathroom grout needs attention and the bedroom curtains had what looked like tea stains on , missing one bed side cabinet and the other had edging tape missing . For the money we paid I am not complaining, the bed and bedroom in general was loverly and clean .」

「Good facilities and the staff were all polite and helpful.」

「Loved everything, nothing I would change」

「No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing.」

「Hotel was ok, on site pub was poor」

「I thing good hotel. And I can buy some foods at supermarket before the hotel. 」

「Great location,parking helpful staff」

「At check in staff member was kind enough to let us check in early. Room was nice and had everything we needed, smelled very fusty and damp though. Before booking, we checked food service times as we knew we would need to eat quite late, this was shown as 9pm on their website and hotel.com. we tried to order at half past 8 and were told kitchen was closed. There is nothing else around so we had to get a taxi to and from the nearest tescos for a meal deal」

「Parked at the Novotel around the corner, yourparkingspace app was just under £12 for 24 hours. Body wash in the shower was empty, reception said they'd sort it. Minor niggle, but very nice well located hotel with very good spa facilities and friendly staff.」

「Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at front desk! Thank you」

Unfortunately, although there were some positive aspects to our stay, a few things really disappointed us. When we checked into our room, the cleanliness was not up to standard. There was hair on the floor and in the bath, and we also found leftover peanuts under the table, most likely from previous guests. This gave us the impression that the room had...
