「Really hate the checkin process. Other than that we had an amazing stay.」

「They had a crows nest type deck to sit and enjoy the water which was great. We went in March so still chilly. We will opt for 2nd or 3rd floor next time. They had wine and cheese at 4pm and continental breakfast at 8 am-ish. Flies made cheese and crackers part unappealing and it was not even available first night. Continental breakfast was ehhhh. Most options were past sell date. Mike greated us when we got there and showed us around. Super nice. Would have liked to have a list of restaurants...

「The hotel is in the middle of renovations, so there’s that. Great location and check in staff was friendly. For the price we paid for an oceanfront room, the room was ok. It had been updated, but there were cigarette ashes on our balcony and hair all over our room floor. The bathroom ceiling had mold. The neighbors that stayed near us Saturday night were obnoxiously loud til 4:30am, but that’s not the hotels fault. 」

「I need urgent escalation for a health and safety issue (bedbugs). I have photos and evidence of bites. The hotel did not provide assistance at checkout. I am requesting a full refund and reimbursement. Please escalate to a supervisor.」

「Our stay at Cypress Moon Inn was idyllic! The home is close to amenities. Cocooned on a large waterfront lot in a haven of trees, you feel miles away from the bustle. Upon arrival, Linda warmly greeted us and ensured our comfort before offering a dinner suggestion. Ocean Boulevard was a spot-on recommendation! 「Mold covered leftover food in the refrigerator. Walls were paper thin. We could hear the couple in the room next door talking until 1:00am and the hear the male guest snoring the rest of the night. Second stay in a row at an IHG property we have had issues with. Last one had no A/C. That was the only up side to this stay, the A/C was above average for this franchise. Requested a call from management, nothing as of today. Selected this property based on price, you get what you pay for.」

「This was our third time staying here and never again. It has gone way downhill ended up leaving right after checkin. There was a terrible smell that greeted us in the hallway and into our room. Everything was very dirty. The ac/ heat was super musty smelling. Will never return. 」

「I booked the room and received a handicap accessible room which was dated but clean. Everything was good until at 9am I received not one but three times a knock on my door from housekeeping? Not sure why since checkout is 11am? Not happy with it and I was going to stay another night but chose to move on 」

「It was very interesting. It’s a big house with different rooms. We all share the kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool and deck area. Overall it was pretty good. One thing that did irritated go get it brought our dog and all you can hear is another dog barking 85% of the time.!」
