Completely remodeled from the inside, this classic cabin offers the perfect blend of rustic charm with contemporary convenience. It is just steps from the Colorado River's North Inlet here in Grand Lake. Spend a day in town sampling the local fare at one of the area's many great restaurants or stroll along the water at Gene Stover Lakefront Park. Visit the Kauffman House Museum, explore the Arapaho National Recreation Area, and don't miss Granby Ranch for prime skiing and snowboarding in winter, all within 20 miles of your door.

This quaint, single-level cabin boasts an updated, full kitchen with new appliances (including a dishwasher) and all the utensils and accessories you need to prepare great meals at home. Dine together or play board games at the table, and then switch on the electric fireplace and sink into the comfortable sofa in the living area while you stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. In warm weather, sit outside and enjoy the view and the fresh air on your screened patio. (Air-conditioning is not provided due to the mild climate.) Baseboard heating will help you stay cozy if it's chilly.

This property also includes a private washer/dryer to help you take the stress out of your laundry during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sweet Cozy Cabin in Grand Lake, Colorado

This will accommodate your stay for the weekend or a week. Stroll by the lake for your daily walk, visit the Rocky Mountain National Park just a short drive from town. This cabin and area is a place to visit. Cheers!

Immaculate mountain home!

What a charming and well appointed cabin in the woods. Close enough proximity to the inlet so you can delight in the sound of the rushing water. Just a block and one half from town and all it has to offer. Was an incredible stay and will return many times in the future!

We were very happy with our stay. The town is super close, and we loved walking there without worrying where to park. The cabin had everything we needed. However, we did not see a grill on their list of amenities when booking. I called and asked if they had a grill and grilling tools and I was told no to both. When we showed up to the property, there was infact a brickette grill and grilling tools that we were allowed to use. Unfortunately, we didn’t plan for grilling, because we were told it wasn’t available. No big deal though. Now we know for next time, because we definitely will be coming back.

Amazing!

Our family found this cabin perfect. The location was perfect, the inside was so clean and it was so nice to sit on a rocking chair on the porch with a glass of wine. We will definitely be coming back!

My brother and I stayed here for the ice fishing competition. We found everything we needed. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very inviting. This is such a nice, well-appointed cabin within a 5 minute walk to the lake, restaurants, and shops of Grand Lake. The cabin is really well-thought out and comfortable, the finishes look and feel new, and the unit is well-appointed with plenty of towels, plenty of cleaning supplies, a nice TV (in case you get tired of looking at the mountains and the aspen trees), nice blankets, and an impressive array of appliances.

My New Happy Place

Love this rental! Needed a place to reset and it was perfect. It is super cozy (great beds, comfy couch with lots of blankets, electric fireplace), has everything you need, less than a 5-minute walk to the downtown Grand Lake and the lake itself - I only drove my car to go hiking. The enclosed front porch is perfect for relaxing, reading a book and enjoying a beverage - it is an extension of the cabin. Great rental for a small family or trip with friends. Quiet area. Linens were great (plenty of them too). Kitchen had what you needed to cook at home. Instructions on how to do things were spot on (everything was covered). Will definitely rent again!

Nice cabin stay!

Nice updated cabin for family getaway to the lake. Nice amenities, great location. Loved everything about the property, and seems to be loved by the family that owns it. However, the cleaning crew missed a couple items before our check in. We had to wash our pillow cases in the master bedroom because they had lipstick and hair on them. Not a deal breaker since we had a washer and dryer to help clean up. Outside of that issue we enjoyed our stay and loved visiting Grand Lake over the 4th of July!
