Beautiful Home in a perfect location

We were visiting Rocky Mountain National Park with our adult children and grandkids. The house was great. I would stay there again if I come back. Clean, well equipped, good location, I do not have anything negative to say about it, we all loved it!!

Great Grandy House

Great house for multiple famalies and we very much enjoyed our time there. Great view from the deck and great layout overall. Plan to say again next summer.

Beautiful Home and Views

My family stayed at the home in early December. It was well decorated and fit our needs extremely well. Granby provided all we need in terms of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We will be staying here again soon!

Fantastic!

This place is beautiful! So close to the Rocky Mountain Park entrance. Very clean! Very close to a lovely grocery store. Gorgeous views!! Will definitely stay here again someday!!

Fall visit to Granby

We stayed at this home for the first time this fall and have fallen in love with this place. It is a well-furnished home and we especially love the modern kitchen, the huge lower-level family room and the views. It has plenty of space for multiple families travelling together!

Great place to stay in Rockies

The house itself was decent sized. Good amount of amenities and supplies provided by the owner. The owner company is prompt to reply to all our concerns. I would highly recommend this place and would not mind renting it again.

Great stay

9 adults, 1 teen, 1 child and 1 infant stayed and we had everything we needed. An infant gate was present for the stairs, floor fans were present in a couple of the rooms which is a must for my adult children, the hot tub was utilized daily, and we used the bbq grill. Reservations and check in/check out was seamless. I would highly recommend.

Summer Birthday Retreat

Really beautiful home and views in Granby. Came for the weekend with friends to enjoy Grand Lake and it did not disappoint. Enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and on the grill. Spent every night in the hot tub relaxing under the stars. The house really had everything we wanted/needed.

Weekend getaway

We rented the house for a birthday and anniversary getaway with in-laws. It has a perfect backdrop and plenty of space to socialize in the main area with everyone or have some quiet time on the top or bottom floors. Andy was very responsive and helpful. We all loved the house and would stay again!

Beautiful house in a beautiful spot.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable place. Completely as advertised and perfect for what we were looking for. House rules were made clear and Andy was very responsive. Only suggestion would be to have a few more dish towels on hand.

Beautiful home!

Wonderful place to getaway. More towels would have been nice. I’m not sure anyone had been in the house for a while before us, tables were very dusty, and sheets left in the washer had a very bad smell. Overall it is a beautiful home! I would stay again and would recommend to others!!

Great house!!

Andy's house has been well thought; from the floor plan to the decoration, this is an amazing house to stay in, I recommend it! Having all basics like detergent and bin bags is the great mindset which remove any frustration for nice vacations :-) Also Andy was very easy to communicate with, which was appreciable.

Upscale multi-family get away

We had a great time during our mini get away to the mountains. The house had everything we needed to cook large meals "at home." We had a minor inconvenience due to an unexpected maintenance issue but the homeowners were easy to get a hold of and responsive to the situation. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to reserve again.

Great place for a family gathering

Our extended family of 11 had an excellent time together at this well-provisioned, comfortable home. It made a great base for day trips to Winter Park, Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The property was clean, and the kitchen had all the cookware/provisions for us to prepare and cook meals together, taking advantage of the large table and seating outside on the deck. Andy was very responsive and helpful, answering questions (via text) within minutes. Thanks for sharing your home!

Wedding destination in Grandby Colorado

As parents of the bride we had family and close friends to house for the wedding. The home was as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean, extremely well stocked with necessities for kitchen and bathrooms. Only had to buy groceries. Very spacious and every bedroom had comfortable beds. Views were spectacular. The owner responded to every text message question within minutes. Would absolutely stay here again. 5 star all the way

Ski trip stay

Andy was a great host! The house was amazing the pictures don’t do justice for the home. We had to cancel in January due to coming down very sick with COVID-19. We contacted Andy immediately and he worked with us and gave us other property options and dates (he owns 5 amazing properties) he went above and beyond to help us cancel and get rebooked quickly. When he didn’t have to. We are re-booking with him this summer already.
