"The check in personnel were not very friendly. No smiles or welcomes. Just going through the motions. Bathroom was so tiny a large person would find it impossible to sit on the toilet or shower without major constraints. Room was clean"

Very basic amenities: no tissues, no cups of any kind for taking a pill, etc. Obviously no tea/coffee in room. Bathroom fixtures and sheets were clean, but carpet was badly stained."

"We had a very early morning train out of St. Pancras and the Premier Inn provided an excellent choice. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed and less than a 5 minute walk to the station. If you're traveling into or out of St. Pancras or Euston Station, the Premier Inn St. Pancras is a great choice for a comfortable well situated hotel."
