We liked how conveniently located the property is to so many things in London. Great parks nearby, supermarkets close by, Tutti’s Cafe is great for breakfast and lunch. Felt very safe and the staff were very helpful.

Great location. Simple apartment. Helpful staff.

Terrific location. Room smelled a little musty upon entering but it did clear up after we opened windows. Furniture and furnishing was very basic but totally fine. Was great to have a kitchen and a washer for our stay in London. Staff is very helpful.

Very good customer services to a point👍 No wifi password, got in touch with customer service to try and sort it out. They were unable to help🙄 The apartment was clean to a point,but needs a good refurbishment, door handle hanging off,missing parts to bathroom furniture. Bath had what looked like dirt in numerous parts,but was in fact damage to the actual bath. So was not appealing to use. Door needs trimming so it not so hard to open The apartment need a good refurbishment to bring it in line for somewhere in central London.

Location is excellent especially for those who need to stay nearby to the hospital. Ten minute walk from Euston. We have stayed before and it was fine but this time the TV kept turning off and then when we went to bed there was a loud buzzing noise that carried on through the night. We used the number the supplier and no one answered. Not ideal if you have small children who need to sleep.

Excellent apartment

We booked an apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. We were upgraded to a penthouse with a large terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was excellent, except that the dishwasher did not work (the soap brick dispenser did not work), so we had to wash up by hand. Location was a short walk to busses and there were a large supermarked (Waitrose) close by. Also a small park and locally pubs and a few restaurants and shops made the area cosy. Accomodation in London is expense especially in high season, but we could not find anything cheaper with the same distance to SOHO/Convent Garden and with two bedrooms, so that is a general condition.

Great location and lovely property

Overall we had a lovely stay and the apartments are in a superb location on Lambs Conduit Street. We were able to check in very early which was definitely a bonus, although I was surprised to have to pay £10 for this despite the room being ready anyway. Also, for the money you pay, I would expect things like Netflix and Prime to be available on the TV. And whilst the bathroom and shower were great, not being able to turn off the radiator in the bathroom was frustrating. It was incredibly hot and made the whole apartment very warm. Not too much of an issue in November, but it certainly would be in the summer.

Wasn’t impressed. The on/off knob on the shower broke for two hours before anyone could fix it. In addition the power in half the room went out which lost the ability to use the television on which the number to call for emergencies was on. The worst part though was that i prepaid on Expedia but the person at the desk still tried charging my credit card. Then over a week later I was charged 10 pounds for no reason and no explanation. The room itself was nice but overall I don’t recommend

Strong and dark pee

I'm pretty happy with the apartment generally, but when I arrived in my apartment, bang on time. I was SHOCKED to see the toilet had been used as it was not flushed. Not sure if the cleaners didn't bother to clean it, which seems unlikely or the cleaners used it and didn't flush, which is grossly unprofessional. I wish I'd taken a picture but I was desperate and didn't have time.

Everything was great except the property has NO air conditioning at all… and when it’s 30°C in London with no AC, none of us could sleep…. Add to that the jet lag flying from Western Canada, and it makes for a pretty crappy 5 nights in London with hardly any sleep. It was SO hot in the apartment, none of our family of 5 could really sleep… they did provide us with some fans, but they hardly helped as they’re not great fans to start with. Thank goodness we left London 3 days before 38° C temps on 18 and 19 July…. Other than that, the property was in a GREAT location and the general unit was VERY nice - JUST needed to have AC. But that made the entire stay there uncomfortable. I’m sure in cool weather, it’s the perfect place to stay!!!

Perfect place for a family

We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed here for 12 nights. It was just a perfect place for us I could say. The apartment was so spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, even a balcony. And they provided lots of things like dish washer, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dryer. It made us feel home away from home. There was certain things that needed to be repaired or replaced - shower head and knob, door seal gasket of washing machine, and couple of doors to the balcony. But I am sure the staffs will take care of them once they check on this review because the staffs were real hidden gems of this place. They were all nice and friendly, always willing to help us out. There is waitrose and sainsbury, tesco nearby, I recommend waitrose. Also, underground stations are nearby such as russel square, kings cross, euston, as well as bus stops. The British Museum is in walking distance. I bet you will never get a decent place like this to stay in central London with such a reasonable price. Its location, condition, and the staffs...I would say this is the one. If you are looking up this place don't hesitate. You will not regret it. I and my family would definately go back if we visit London again.
